From the moment I contacted Karen, she worked to make our wants a reality, she is easy and fun to talk to, very knowledgeable about our market and always available to answer our questions. We sold our old home and closed on our new home the same day, and the only stressful part about it was packing and moving our stuff to the new house. Karen Pfluge is an outstanding realtor! We unconditionally recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling real estate. Karen sold a couple of our properties, and we were first impres sed with her marketing skills. One of the properties was a 19th century farmhouse and acreage way out in the country – one would think it difficult to get buyers out to see it – but we had multiple showings every weekend! Karen found the perfect buyers. The other property was also remote and only partially developed. Once again Karen found the perfect buyer for this unique and challenging property! I really can’t say enough positive things about the marketing effort. She even used drone video to show prospective buyers the “birds-eye view” of these special properties. One of the biggest obstacles of these sales was that I was stricken with Guillian-Barre Syndrome, leaving me completely paralyzed and unable to do anything whatsoever to help prepare the properties for sale. Likewise my wife needed to care for me constantly during this period. Tasks like painting, minor repairs or even just mowing the yard couldn’t easily be done by us. With Karen’s extensive network of contacts to help get things done it turned out to be no problem at all. Karen and her husband came out to help, definitely going the extra mile. Also with my condition, it would have been easy to take advantage of us. Karen was like a trusted friend throughout the process. Although I know Karen had multiple clients, we always felt we were her top priority. She provided timely updates for the multiple offers and deals in process at all times. Karen took away the anxiety factor, and then some, due to the fact that she was honest and upfront, and not pushy in the slightest, (as some realtors can be.)
