From our very first meeting with them, to the night of closing on our house, we have been continually impressed with their preparation, organization, positive energy and commitment to a high quality experience. They made very practical recommendations on how to improve our aesthetic for maximum appeal, provided a painter in a short timeline, brought in an amazing stager that made our house look cozy and updated and provided beautiful photos as well. We were so burned out at that point, they even provided their own manual labor to improve our yard and basement! Their communication skills are timely and thorough and they walked us through each step of the process from Open Houses, to showings, to how to negotiate the best deal for our home. Their teamwork is seamless, they have great attention to details, provide excellent customer service and they are very knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate market. And they were incredibly gracious navigating bids on our house on Christmas day! :-/ From listing our house to our closing date, the whole process with the Pfluge's took 2 months. If we had only known the level of service, kindness, support and commitment they provide their clients, we would have called them so much earlier! We can't thank them enough!!!!

I have been absolutely blown away by the work that Karen and Bill both have done on my house. When I say that they went above and beyond, that doesn’t come close to what they did. Karen and Bill took the bull by the horns and ran with it. They landscaped the back of my home, they put a shutter up, they cleaned, they staged, they quite literally did it all. And nothing on that list was asked of them… they simply did it because they’re incredible at the jobs. I’ve never been so impressed with the work of a realtor in my lifetime! When our son graduated high school, we wanted to move to a serene location, but still close to the city. I called up an old friend of mine, Karen Pfluge. I have always loved Karen's positive attitude and knew she would be perfect to work with! Karen sat down with us and went over our finances and market values we would expect. We moved from Florida to Murfreesboro, in a very short time frame, in order to take a new job and we had to buy our house essentially site unseen. Karen was so kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, and always responded to our abundant inquiries about different houses and areas around Murfreesboro. Karen and Bill recorded lots of videos and pictures of everything we couldn’t see for ourselves.
